Product Code : Feed-Grade-Xylanase-
Product Description

The xylanase is refined by liquid fermentation with Trichoderma Reesei.

This product is rich in xylanase, which can quickly and efficiently catalyze xylan in plants into low molecular substances such as xylose, so that the protein and sugar in plants can be fully released and the feed utilization rate can be improved.

Xylanase can also be used in the food industry such as soy protein processing, starch processing and beer processing to improve filtration speed and increase product yield.

This product is a concentrated product that can be used in the food processing and feed industry.

Specification / physicochemical index:

Xylanase stabilizer dispersant

Specification / physicochemical index:
  • Appearance requirements: yellow-brown powder preparation with normal fermentation product smell
  • Enzyme activity: ≥20 000 u/g

Hygienic indicators:
  • heavy metal(pb)% ≤0.004
  • Total colony cfu/g ≤50000
  • E. coli MPN/100g ≤3000
  • Mold cfu/g ≤200
  • Salmonella not detectable
Definition of enzyme unit:

The amount of enzyme required to hydrolyze xylan per minute to produce 1 μg of reducing sugar (calculated as xylose) per minute at 50 ℃ and pH 5.0 is one unit of enzyme activity.

Paper drum, 25kg/barrel

Store in a cool, dry place to avoid high temperatures and humidity.

Period of validity:

At 25 ℃, 12 months, the enzyme activity remained ≥ 90%. If this period is exceeded, the dosage should be increased appropriately.

Recommended dosage: 50-200 g / ton of feed or 100-200 g / ton of raw materials (food processing industry).

Safety Precautions:

Enzyme preparations are proteins that can trigger allergies or allergic reactions in some people. Prolonged contact may cause discomfort to the skin, eyes and nasal mucosa. Therefore, any spillage or even a small amount of spillage should be cleaned up in time. The enzyme solution on the skin or eyes should be washed immediately with water and seek the guidance of a specialist.
